I was never a fan of 100% grass-fed beef. What I had tried (I tried a lot of it too) was lacking in marbling and the flavor wasn't good.
If that's been your experience or maybe you just want the added health benefits of grass-fed beef. I invite you to experience this choice beef.
Our beef consistently grades USDA Choice and yield grade #1 or #2.*

When buying quarters or sides of beef, you will also want know what Yield Grade the USDA Choice beef is. Yield Grades run from #1 to #5 The Yield Grade is basically an indication of how much waste and excess fat a beef has. #1 being the best.
